The best types of acne creams use a two or three-step process to cure acne.  If you choose to use creams to treat your acne make sure it is one of the types that use the three-step process.  The first of the three steps is the renewing cleanser.  What this cleanser does is to gently remove all impurities from you skin such as dead skin cells.   The second step is a revitalizing toner.  The toner further cleans the skin, opens pores and improves the health and appearance of your skin.  Make sure the toner is alcohol free.  The reason for this is that alcohol dries the skin causing your sebaceous glands to produce even more oil and this is a step in the wrong direction.  The last step involves the use of a repairing lotion.  The purpose of this oil-free cream is to heal blackheads and blemishes.  It also helps to prevent future breakouts.

If you prefer to use natural creams there are several to choose.  If you choose to use natural acne creams make sure you purchase one where green tea is the main ingredient.  People have been seeing great results from natural creams that have green tea in them.  Natural creams are very affordable and are gentler on your skin.  People that use natural creams also report that these types of creams seem to lessen the likelihood of scarring.  There is much evidence that natural creams may be the best all-around treatment for acne.  People like natural creams because they not only cure their acne they also improve the overall health of their skin.   Some of the prescription creams give fantastic results but they are harsh on the skin and many people have adverse reactions to them, which makes their acne worse instead of better.
